Office Manager
Amy's favorite part of her job is connecting with patients and making them feel like they are part of the family. She uses her vast experience to help patients understand their dental benefits. Amy is grateful to be part of such an amazing dental team that looks forward to going to work each day to provide excellent service and create lasting memories. Amy has 20 years of experience in the dental field and she truly enjoys her job. Amy has been married to her husband since 2000, has a handsome son, and 3 spoiled fur babies. When she is not greeting patients or billing insurance, Amy enjoys cooking, gardening, being outdoors, decorating for the holidays, and spending quality time with her family.
Kaylani
Dental Billing & Insurance Coordinator
Kaylani is a Dental Billing and Insurance Coordinator with a strong foundation in patient communication, insurance coordination, and administrative operations. She thrives in fast-paced environments, values organization and professionalism, and is passionate about roles that involve service, responsibility, and human connection. Kaylani brings a calm, solution-focused approach to her work and always seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Alicia
Front Office
Alicia was born in San Francisco and raised on the peninsula. She graduated from the College of San Mateo Dental Assisting program in 2004 and also received her Registered Dental Assisting License from the State of California in 2004. She has spent most of her career as a dental assistant until recently transitioning to the front office as a receptionist. Alicia enjoys developing relationships with patients and their families. She is a big advocate for dental health and loves keeping up with the ever-changing dental world. Alicia is a dedicated wife and proud mom of two young boys who keep her very busy. She enjoys cooking and baking, reading, and spending time with her family.
