Office Manager
Amy's favorite part of her job is building connections with patients and making them feel like part of the family. With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, she enjoys helping patients better understand their dental benefits and making their experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. Amy is grateful to be part of such an amazing dental team that looks forward to coming to work each day to provide excellent service and create lasting relationships with patients. Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking, gardening, decorating for the holidays, and making special memories with her family and grandbaby.

Dental Billing & Insurance Coordinator
Kay is a Dental Billing and Insurance Coordinator with a strong foundation in patient communication, insurance coordination, and administrative operations. She thrives in fast-paced environments, values organization and professionalism, and is passionate about roles that involve service, responsibility, and human connection. Kay brings a calm, solution-focused approach to her work and always seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Alicia
Front Office
Alicia was born in San Francisco and raised on the peninsula. She graduated from the College of San Mateo Dental Assisting program in 2004 and also received her Registered Dental Assisting License from the State of California in 2004. She has spent most of her career as a dental assistant until recently transitioning to the front office as a receptionist. Alicia enjoys developing relationships with patients and their families. She is a big advocate for dental health and loves keeping up with the ever-changing dental world. Alicia is a dedicated wife and proud mom of two young boys who keep her very busy. She enjoys cooking and baking, reading, and spending time with her family.
